Our original brief from Charles Craven was to create an advertising campaign to promote their Funeral Plans. Our creative response led to a more thorough review of the company identity and presentation layer that the public sees on a day to day basis.
The thinking
Following an initial research period about the company and their strong customer base in Liverpool, we recommended a complete refresh of the public face of the company, creating a contemporary, professional, yet friendly brand identity and family of logos for each of the businesses in the group.
With a much stronger brand established, the funeral plan promotional advertising campaign was launched. To get maximum exposure we implemented a campaign that covered buses (interior and exterior), adshells and billboards in targeted areas across Liverpool to reach out to the community and filter into new regions for the business.
The result
The advertising campaign got instant results with the public calling Craven straight away to enquire about their funeral plans. Overall the public and Craven staff response has been overwhelmingly positive, and Charles was happy to provide the below kind feedback about us.
