A dentist setting up their practice in Bridgnorth invited us to use many of our skills across their launch project. Up first, was naming the practice, Pure Dental Care was born, along with creating the brand identity and personality for the practice.
The next step was to design the interior treatments for the practice, from the reception through to the treatment, and prep rooms, which needed to meet the latest dental standards. The design of practice leaflets, the new website and advertising elements, were also needed to give the new practice the tools they required.
Pure Dental Care is modern in its appearance with a period twist. We designed a look that references the building’s age whilst feeling distinctly contemporary.
The friendly entrance features a Newenglish Design bespoke reception desk, made of corian, as the greeting and transaction point. The reception area is furnished with modern takes on 18th Century furniture, like the high-backed chairs, the chesterfield sofa, and the over-sized gilt framed mirror. We’ve used colours which are daring and timeless. The whole building is carefully crafted to make Pure Dental Care’s clients understand they are in a professional environment, that is confident and friendly. Each surgery has their own colour themes. All of the work surfaces are bespoke corian, crafted by Promec Dental, the build company on this project who also built the reception desk.
The contemporary design is very much in-keeping with the state-of-the-art equipment and premium nature of the private dental treatment on offer. From a practical perspective, the design was built around the creation of two central sterilisation rooms to not only comply with industry standards, but to go further, and actively promote best practice.
Within one month of opening Pure Dental Care had over 600 new registered patients, 130 of which were on the Denplan scheme!
