Following the purchase of a building with potential in the heart of Nottingham, our client enlisted our creative team to work closely with them on their luxury student accommodation project which included interiors, brand and website along with creating a name for the venture.
The Thinking
The name needed to be modern and memorable . From the outset it was decided the accommodation would be referred to as 'apartments' as they were to be luxury living, and after a team ideas session 'iD Apartments' was created. The name refers to the design driven nature of the accommodation and the individuality of each of the apartments.
The name led to the brand which needed to be unique and flexible to use for future iD Apartments in other cities.
The Result
Using a stylish and contemporary colour palette and cleverly integrating a sleeping figure, the brand is unique and at first glance sets iD Apartments apart from the competition.
The brand style flows throughout the website, which is responsive to suite mobiles and tablet browsing seamlessly. The site provides all of the must-have info about these exclusive apartments, using layouts that simplify a large amount of information.
From the moment the site was launched it started to draw traffic, and all 9 of the apartments were snapped up within 2 weeks!
